The Quantum-Safe Index was created by Dr. Šarūnas Grigaliūnas to give organisations a transparent, repeatable way to understand and improve post-quantum transition maturity.

What QSI is

An open assessment and benchmarking instrument built on the PAREK post-quantum lifecycle. It connects measurable controls to a practical sequence: inventory, assess, roadmap, execute and govern.

What QSI is not

QSI is not a certification, conformity assessment or endorsement by NIST, ETSI, ENISA, the European Commission or another authority. Results should inform, not replace, professional risk judgement.
